Cancellation by Freakalytics: Freakalytics, LLC reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. If we cancel, we will refund the full registration fees paid by attendees. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the purchase of non-refundable air tickets or other expenses associated with the course. We also reserve the right to change the workshop location if necessary (but not more than 30 miles from the original promised location) and will notify you immediately if such a change occurs. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process depending on means of payment and recency of payment.
Cancellation by Attendees: No cancellations by attendees are allowed once the attendee, or representative of the attendee, registers in the ticketing website.
Attendee Substitutions: A different person may be substituted for an attendee. Freakalytics, LLC must be notified of the substitution no less than 3 days before the beginning of the workshop, in order to properly process the substitution.
